We often think winter is a time to stay indoors and hibernate. But winter can be a lot of fun in the right hands and even better for your fitness goals than half-hearted workouts inside while eagerly awaiting the return of fair weather.

- Running (yes, even in the winter)
- Exploration (go to nearby parks and explore the environment!)
