Diverse Classes for Dynamic Progress

In our Mountain Goat Warrior class, you’ll challenge your limits with a heart-pumping mix of weightlifting, high-intensity drills, and running that’s designed to build strength, endurance, and camaraderie. 

Our Mountain Goat Trailblazer class takes your workout to the trails, with ninety-minute trail runs across diverse terrains in Ottawa. From flat and fast stretches to steep and slow climbs, each run is an opportunity to connect with nature, your fellow adventurers, and sometimes, even a post-run ice cream celebration.

Personalized Attention in Every Session

Our commitment to small class sizes ensures a personalized training experience. With an instructor-to-candidate ratio of 1:10, you’ll receive constant, thoughtful feedback on form and technique. This dedicated attention not only educates but also helps in preventing injuries, ensuring your path to fitness is safe, informed, and perfectly aligned with your goals.

Structured for Success:

Warm-Up: A 10-minute session to prepare your body and mind.

Main Workout: 40 minutes of targeted, transformative exercises.

Cool Down and Stretch: A 10-minute period to wind down and prevent soreness, ending your workout on a note of calm readiness.
