How to Perform a Cossack Burpee

Begin in a standing position.

Lower into a deep side squat on one leg, keeping the other leg straight.

Hop into a push-up position and perform a standard push-up.

Hop into the bottom of a Cossack squat with the opposite leg.

Return to standing and repeat.
