Improve joint mobility and movement for long-term health
Movement is medicine. Tight joints and poor movement patterns lead to frustration and pain. Our mobility & strength class targets several joints each class to mobilize or maintain joint movement, releasing tension throughout the kinetic chain.
Our Mobility and Strength class structure is:
- General Warm-up of all joints
- Rolling and myofascial release
- Dynamic and loaded stretching (including banded movements), and refinement
- Strengthening of minor muscles (commonly weak, leading to joint instability)
All athletes benefit from increased mobility, stability and flexibility in their training. Having a body that functions at optimally will aid in performance and quality of life.
Mobility and Strength is included in a Basic Training Membership.
